CHARGES FOR EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE HOUSE

2010

 

[Minimum period for all groups is 3 nights]

 

 

Clergy and Theological Students

 

November to March                       £850 per night

[excluding Holy Week & Easter]

 

April to October                             £975 per night

 

 

Parish and other groups

 

November to March [when open]  £975 per night

 

April to October                             £1050 per night

 

 

Groups will be offered exclusive use on these terms. If there are other guests booked at the particular time requested, a group may still opt to visit during that period on the understanding that they will not have exclusive use of the house and will therefore pay the normal rates.

 

 

DEPOSITS - A non-returnable deposit of one day’s charge is required when making an exclusive booking.

 

 

PAYMENT FOR GROUPS – Due to losses incurred as a result of late cancellations in previous years further payment of half the expected final account is due fifteen months before arrival. Any adjustments will be made on the final account.

TARIFF 2010

 

Charges are kept as low as possible but the house is obviously obliged to cover its operating costs. Rates are as follows: per person per night (including VAT at 17.5%).

 

Minimum stay for all bookings is 3 nights.

 

  Full Board                                      £58

  Half Board                                     £52

  Single Supplement,

           One person in a twin room £15 per night.

  15% discount for Clergy, Students & Children

 

Vegetarians and special diets catered for, but please advise when booking.

 

A discount of up to 10% may be negotiated for groups of 10 or more paying guests sharing rooms.

 

A non-refundable deposit of £40 per person is payable with each confirmed booking. Please make cheques payable to Island Retreats Ltd

 

Applications for accommodation should be addressed to the Warden, with a stamped addressed envelope for reply, or can be made by email.

 

Comprehensive holiday insurance [available at a very competitive premium] is strongly recommended. Application forms will be sent with booking confirmation.
